Here's how we handle inquiries through the Sidequest website.
Information you send us
When you use our contact or collection inquiry forms, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to submit. For collection inquiries, this can also include an itemized list of cards, products, and collection photos you choose to upload. Photos are stored with Wix Media Manager and their links are included with the inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal documents.
Shared Collectr portfolios
If you share a public Collectr portfolio link, Sidequest uses it to review the information you have chosen to make public, such as your listed cards, products and displayed estimates. We do not ask for your Collectr login. Staff may use this information to prepare a tentative proposal for discussion by email, subject to verifying the physical items.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request and respond about Sidequest. Our forms are handled through Wix Forms and may create contact records in Wix's business tools. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Wix, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Your normal use of the site may also involve standard technical data required to deliver the pages.
